Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original JOSEF SEIBEL box and include the completed return form inside the shipping carton.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
